The Hotel's location was great, with easy access to the ring road and plenty of parking. The upper floors offered a fine view of Sofia, and we even got to enjoy a fireworks display. The freshly cooked breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were cute and accommodating. The spacious and clean rooms were very comfortable.

Limited breakfast choices were a letdown for guests, with some mentioning that it was served cold even at 9am.

This hotel is a great find! the value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices that don't compromise on quality. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the well-maintained rooms with their stunning mountain views, to the good facilities provided. Additionally, the location in the heart of Dragalevtsi is perfect for exploring the area.
All aspects of our stay were satisfactory - no improvements needed.

The hotel had spotlessly clean rooms, including the bathroom, with fresh linen. We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The hotel's restaurant was cute and served delicious food. There were no disturbances or music at night, great to recharge before our travels. The staff did not engage in pressure selling and everything was tastefully done. The location was in a nice Bulgarian area of the city, close to the mountains and with public transport available to reach the center easily.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
